i need help with my setup. currently i have 2 ac110 filtering a 60 gallon truvu tank. prior to this i had one ac110 and fluval 205. what should i do? run them all togeather or leave it. my tank has alot of bio waste, and im tired of cleaning every other day. help open to all suggestions.

stick with the 2 x ac110.....whats your stoke?

1 7" jardini, 2 4-7" pbass, and 6"rtc.

my substrate is tahitian moon sand. hard to clean. should i go to zero substrate, or add powerhead to push the bio around?

You could add a powerhead to keep waste in suspension for your filters to pick up. It certainly wouldn't hurt. I'd also recommend running all 3 filters. If you have the third filter there already, there's no reason not to use it. On my 75 I have an extra penguin 330 running with nothing but biomedia in it simply because I had the filter and wasn't using it. Lastly, I'd recommend upgrading tanks as soon as possible as those fish will all be monsters, but I'm sure you knew that already ;)

koo thanks for the suggestion. i just did a water change and right after they ****ed everywhere. yeah im in the process of getting 210g. but for now im happy wid my 60g. it was brand new, never used for 100 bucks.

get a tetratec airpump :D

i have a rena 400. same or is tetratec better? how should i set up my air supply?

the two ac110s and the fluval sound like more than adequate for the 210... in order to keep particles suspended and add extra filtration, I like cutting a slit in an aqua clear sponge, and sliding a powerhead into it.
