I have 2 ac110's and a plus4 running in my 125g at the moment, I had an xp3 running but took it off as I wanted the space under my tank to put in a couple of 20G longs. my stock list at the moment is 1 female FH 6"'s a gold sev 6"'s a geophagus 7"'s , a 3 "fire mouth, a 3 inch Jack dempsy, and a 3 inch convict.

I just picked up a 55g tank and am setting it up and plan on moving 1 or 2 fish out of my 125G the flowerhorn is becoming anal, I have a Ac70 and an xp3 sitting around for the 55g.

Yes, I say it's more than enough. Should keep the tank spotless.

All I have on my 125 gal right now is 2x AC110s... It's not spotless... but the ammonia/nitrite stay at zero and nitrates climb as they should...

It's stocked with 20+ young adult Red Hump Geos, 4 Dempseys 4~7", a pair of young adult Elliot Cichlids and a 4" pleco...
