Im getting better at this.Saw one of my c.afra galileo females was about to spit so I tried a go at stripping fry.No go just cant manipulate a 2" fish with my big hairy mitts lol.but I put her in a separate tank and she spit 6 fry a few hours later.The I was going to try stripping the c.afra san sanga female that was holding,picked her up and said the heck with it and put her in a breeder net in one of my snail tanks.A few hours later she spit 6 fry also.The females are resting in a 20g and go back to their own tanks today or tomorrow.
I think if I want to strip by hand Im gonna have to get fronts!
