I started off with a Biowheel 150 (Rated up to 30G), but my fish are quite messy.. so today I picked up a biowheel 100 (Rated for 10-20G) and put it in my aquarium. It was on sale for $15 at petsmart.
Hopefully this takes care of the messy eaters.

That's good for the 29. You can try the emperor 280, better than the penguins since it has a spray bar run the bio wheel.
