Ok one of my lake malawi (something like that) was dead this morning and i come home from school and another 1 is gone. This morning i thought it was my JD since he is like 4'' and they are like 1 1/2'' anyway appears it isnt him. On the dead fish it looked like there were bubbles around the bottom of his gills. and on 2 of my Firemouths i noticed it looked like a scale or two coming all and dangleing by a thread. and then i noticed 1 on my JD! between his throat and side fin.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be? Really don't want to loose my Jack after growing him for 3 months and seen how he has gotton so big.

I put in some quickcure for ick / protozoan parasites not knowing if that will help. Also im waiting for my camera battery to charge and will try to get a pick.

Sounds like there fighting. How big is the tank? Do you have sharp rocks in the tank?

Filtration details? It wouldn't hurt to run a general med through the tank with carbon removed from the filters just in case, something like waterlife Myxazin,

What are your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate levels? Do you suspect it was ich/parasites, and that's why you medicated for that? It's really not good to just randomly medicate. If you are able to post a photo and get a diagnosis, I'd recommend running carbon to remove the previous medication. If your fish are sick, being subjected to a cocktail of medications isn't going to help them. We need to figure out what's wrong, and treat for it. A photo would help, plus the water parameters.
