I have a 210 gal with 2 fx5 what should I use in the filters any suggestions?

Pond matrix in one fx5, the other fx5 polishing pads in the 2 bottom basket and pillow stuffing in top basket.

As said above bio and sponges. IME api chem stars are best suited for cans as they are not dense Like matrix and won't slow flow as bad.

do not use polishing pads unless you can clean them two times a week

Sponges around the outside, bio (noodles, matrix, whatever) in the bottom two baskets, two layers of filter wool in the top basket. Simply open the lid and throw away the filter wool weekly (or how ever often you find it getting dirty) and every 2-3-4 cleans pull the whole lot out and give it a more thorough clean.
