I have two 2-gallon Metaframe tanks. They were probably manufactured in the late 1950's or 60's, but both tanks are in great shape with perfect glass. However, the tar sealant has degraded over the years so you will need to reseal each with silicone. This is pretty easy--I did it with my 30-gallon Metaframe--and I can explain a good way to do the resealing. One of these little tanks would be really perfect for a nano fish or shrimp setup.
I am asking $26 for each tank plus a $3 box fee to total $29 before the shipping charge. I am requesting the box fee because I will make a real sturdy crate with 1 1/2" styrofoam that you can reuse as an insulated shipping container. I would prefer to settle for the shipping charge after I send off the box because I don't have a good guess of weight. USPS shipping will probably be something like $12 to $17 depending upon your location, maybe more if you are in California.
