Sadly im getting rid of my Hujeta gars. Great looking fish. Closest thing to a gar body that you can legaly get in CA.
The first one (in the pictures) is about 7" and his friend is about 4-5". I have never seen a 7" Hujeta gar. Took me a while to grow him out. For a while i had it eating market shrimp. When i added its buddy i made the mistake of going back to live feeders. So it is possible to get them both back on shrimp.
Pictures are crappy but hard to get them to stay still. I could only catch a pic of the lage one. But the 5" looks exactly the same.
Im really bumbed to have to sell them but im going in a new direction.
Im asking $40 for the 7" and $30 for the 5". Its very hard to find these guys so big.
