so how long should i expect till my two new 2" ID's hit 4-6"? right now their too small to go in with my other fish.

not long at all. i don't know about 4-6 inch's since mine haven't hit that quit yet. but one of mine shot from around 2" - 3" or maybe a lil more in like 2 and a half weeks. they grow fasstt
Mine went from 2 to about 6 inchs in about 2 months. They seem to grow faster depending on how they eat from what i have found on this site. I make sure mine get plenty of food after lights out.
