Good deal, in my area they go for $30-50 for a 1-2 incher.

in my area $30 for a 4" so depends on the supply and demand of the area. i'd love to get one, i'd be worried it'd pick my fish' fins or something. they're agressive little buggers.

2"ers are selling around here for $30. Better idea than a fahaka, IMO. much easier to house & feed. Has to be kept as a singleton though.

i told one of the guys who i became friends with in the fish department to reserve it for me until the end of this week. so i think i might pick it up tomorrow or maybe friday.

I would definitely choose the Fahaka > the MBU based on the fact that an MBU needs at least 800G+ tank, where as the Fahaka only needs 125G+ tank...

tell me your guys experience with fahakas. planning on selling my datnoid before i get him. i would love to keep the datnoid but i dont want the fahaka to kill it. the datnoid is like 4 inches.

2" ones are selling for $17 here and 3" ones for $35.

I got my two 2" ones for $12/ea though out of a special deal I worked out with the importer.
