2 months with Tail Rot not sure what to do next......

It all started March 24 with Tail rot on my Jardini. I have tried W/C, Melafix, Paraguard, Polyguard x2, Kanaplex, and 2 weeks of API Fin and Body? Nothing seems to help.... Any advice, I am going to give him a week or so without medication, maybe just Stress Guard and frequent water changes. Thank you

Stress guard and frequent water changes may help. Also dabbing the fins with some hydrogen peroxide on a qtip works well on stubborn fin rot.

Thank you, I have been concerned over him injuring himself trying to catch him to do the application. My uncle suggested that as well only with Malachite green. He is 10"+ and kind of a spaz. Unless I can figure out how to sedate him.
