tankmates:
2 RTC 9inch and 7inch
2 black shark catfish 7 inch
2 plecos
some other fish

im alittle bit concerned about those two together, they seem like fighting or playing with each other, i dono ..

would 9inch rtc harm them?

and would same size gar harm them too?

How big is the tank?

What are your future plans for these fish?

clarias batrachus - heard they're called asina walking catfish but dont seem like walking or crawling

in a about 180, future plan is to sell it and make profit ;D

You wont sell them, people have a hard time giving them away for free, alot end up in zoo's.

My advice is take them back to the shop now while they are still small and hopefully someone will give them a good home.

Little edit - when i say take "them" back, I am refering to ALL the fish you have (apart from plecos), if you only have a 180 and no intention to upgrade to a large pond, none of them are suitable.

Maybe being a bit harsh, but as soon as I read 2 x RTC and a 180 with no intention of upgrade I get very annoyed.

Get rid of the RTC to a good home and the rest should be ok.

big fish don't make profit, most people have a hard time giving big fish away. most people that want one would prefer to raise it from a small size themselves, if anything, most fish go down in value the bigger they get (with a few exceptions)

Couldnt agree more, but I get the feeling this isnt something the OP wants to listen to, I said the same earlier on.

Fishkeaping is a hobby, even fish shops make very little proffit, it is mostly done for the love of the fish we keap.

I believe the OP is possibly into fishkeaping for the wrong reasons and will in time discover this for themselves.
