2 new rtc babys

hi everyone just got myself 2 baby rtc. there not in the best condition as one has a little gill curl on his left gill and there fins are a bit ripped but in time hope to get them back to good helf. the gill curl is not that bad what would be the best way to resolve this. thanks.. sorry the pics are not that good
