It is also a marine brand, so it holds under water.

I bought this

PC-11 Marine Epoxy, all purpose white

I am going to glue white and red marble pieces to plastic flower pots and white pvc pipe to make my own cave system

Should be safe. Is its marine grade epoxy that means it can be submerged in water once cured and also not release any harmful VOC into the water.

I constructed my tank with Max ACR and I am happy with it. It's made for aquariums, ornaments, etc.
