2 part question help needed

Had my discus about a year in 75gallon tank. 5 all together always on top of water changes and maintenance. Temp always between 84-86 degrees. For the past 2 weeks now one of my discus has been pointed down ALL the time. He eats regularly and shows no other signs of stress. Question 1 why is this discus doing this and can someone ID my discus. Ranging from 4-8inches

probably bloated, or swim bladder issue. Does it look extra fat? If so use epsom salt on the tank

If it's eating try a couple skined peas crushed between your fingers when you put them into the tank.

Your everywhere lol. Doesn't seem fat but never did Epsom treatment. How much how often?

I think it is a tablespoon per 5 once like salting a tank, but google that ish... the peas work too. epsom works great though if its blocked had a couple that did the same thing worked wonders

For swim bladder issues use 1/8 teaspoon of epsom salt per 5 gallons of water and feed the peas if it's eating.
