Any Ray will need a minimum of 300 when grown I have only had leos and motoros you could try tea cups but from what I have read they are difficult to get to eat
Teacups (assuming reticulated) still require a large tank due to their activity levels and their intolerance for unstable water parameters.
Thats not a ray tank at all man. Temporary pup tank at best. IMO.

I would get one male Hystrix stingray pup. It would be fine for a long time. Once you are hooked on ray keeping get that bigger tank.
My suggestion would be to pick up a quality little Marble.
I'd love to see how long that 125 lasts. Long enough to make believers out of non believers, would bet that much!!!
The Marble in the back has been mature for YEARS. Just fathered pups with the Boes hybrid in front of him. She's Not even a foot across. I bet he's 8" across. I see no reason a 125 couldn't work. Would bigger be better? Sure, BUT we all start somewhere.

Im thinking 2 flower rays and a tiger ray to start with. Seem to have the best patterns outside of black rays
