2" senegal bichirs fine with 2" datnoids?

The senegal's mouthes are really small and their girth is like 0.25". Will they try to eat the datnoids?

Dont see any problems with it, just keep everyone fed and you'll be fine

I wouldnt risk it as one of my 3 NTT ate an emperor tetra dither fish which was not very much smaller than itself and i thought the dat would die but luckily he didnt.

So your thinking the dats will eat the senegals? No way. The senegals will grow faster and the dats have a hard time eating one blood worm

Possibly mate at that size you may be right,but one of mine last night ate two massivore and some chopped up super worms.4 to be Exact.

I trust your knowledge in most cases but you can't really compare chopped super worms to that of a 2-3" bichir. I was actually worried about the dats

I have a 6" Palmas in with three 1.5" dats and have had no issues.
