2 teens accused of stealing car while owner in trunk

One of the teens is the one who attacked 2 of my friends, and wants me for some reason.
Girl is nuts.
She and her male friends dragged a girl out of her own yard and to beat her, I also heard she was stabbed, her father tried to help and was attacked.

I know the girl is a punk, she hit my friend, who was with little-ish children, while with 3 adult men and another girl and then ran.

Not sure, she's a juvie so I can not know.

Her and some others were following me in a car yesterday, so I guess nothing much.

She got house arrest, probation, community service and is not allowed near my friend for hitting her.
Nothing else, she is still running around here.

Rather pointless to do these things, she won't touch anyone without grown men or a group of people ready to back her.
