2" tems with 3.5-4" Orinos?

Title says it all. I could get a couple of 2" Tems but my wild Orinos are 3.5 possibly pushing 4"....think they would be ok or am I about to order room service for the Orinos?

lol thanks. It really sucks cuz I want some Tems but the longer I wait the bigger these Orinos get. Finding Tems that are just the right size will be like hitting the lotto

my orinos are possibly my most aggressive peacock bass. they will eat or attempt to eat even fish that are their same size.

Even though the tems will quickly outgrow the orinos, you're better off waiting until the tems are the same size or larger before you put them in a tank with your orinos.

unless you can get another tank!!!!!! that small tems look like rosey reds IMO..youll be happy but youll wake up and have 2 Full Oriino saying "next"???

i agree get another tank because in not time these tems will grow, my tems grew 2inches in 2 weeks but he eats anything that i drop in the tank

Yeah ive got a 72Lx 36w x 25h ( 280g ) in the works but not quite ready to pull the trigger on it for a few more months. Makes me wish I was though. Even if I did buy a little 75g growout it would take 4 weeks or so for it to properly cycle and by then its unlikely that they would still be available. Good thing I guess if they are still available after 4 weeks, they might be big enough to go in with the Orinos lol. Timing is everything

how about getting an acrylic divider instead of egg crate since the holes on egg crate are big
