Hey Alan, that's bloodworms they're eating in the first and prawns in the second. Nice reds as well! Was very interested in your plants lowering nitrates post. Will have to try doing something similar!
 
Nice colors and awesome aggression during feedings. There was one in the first video with a gnarly bite out of his back. Did the shoal leave him be to heal properly?
 
Yeah when i first got them they were all taking chucks out of each others backs and i was sure there was going to be a lot of casualties but they've stopped doing that now and all are healed up really well.
 
oh my lord those are some of the most aggressive reds ive ever seen. how much $$ per wild red??
 
I'm in ireland so paid €200 for nine which is about $270.

Yeah they're pretty aggressive alright. The last vid was taken about a month ago so they've gotten bigger and bolder. They know when it's prawn time now and nearly queue up with their heads out of the water. Will have take a new video and post it up
