2 x ST

anyone had any luck with just 2 x ST in the same tank ?

their are 2 other small tigers in the tank but i dont count them as my 1 big ST i have now shows no intrest in them at all

im just thinking i may have a war with 2 x 14-16 inch ST

My two get along. I think they need time thou to establish rank. At first one of them became unstable but stabilized after a day or two. You could always try a divider and see how they react to each other if you dont want any split fins...

nah i dont do dividers i like to live life on the edge

im going for the paired tank

a pair of p14
just thought it would be nice to have a pair of ST

One might be more stable than the other, may be dat aggression dominance here and there. It's a 50/50 chance so GL

I used to pair my big tigers together with no dramas.

I have known others that failed though.

You need at least 3 or more for stability. I raised 5 dats together with aro and at first the most dominant dat would chase my aro but I let it be and a couple weeks the aro out grew the dats and peace maintained in my tank.
