20 fry.......GONE

I was going to feed my yellow lab fry today but I noticed that there was only three of them left. The other 20 fry some how escaped through a hole in my diy fry floating holding container. I think the adults nibbled a hole through the container. Then I noticed one of my yellow labs has a huge stomach.....can you guess what happened to the fry?

I have been having bad luck lately lol

This ever happen to anyone of you guys?

yes this has happened to me with my convict babies. Thats why you should never keep the fry in the main tank until they are bigger.

yeah i had some callochromis that kept jumping out of there floating breeder trap.

I think ive never used a breeder trap that actually worked. they always slipped through or a fish jumped in or they poked holes in the net breeders. sucks.

I had a bunch of fry in my fry tank, they kept on disappearing. I took out the mystery snails and no more baby fish disappeared...hmmm...don't know how he did it.
