My goal is to have 10 bucktooth tetras in a 20g planted tank with a 20g sump to keep all filtration and heat and what not in. I also wanted to have part of the sump hold feeders if possible. I've had bad luck with diy "sumps" so far, I need advice and possibly a link to a diagram. Also what plants would be best. Is an over flow neccesary or can I use two pumps. Wouldnt mind seeing some pictures of others bucktooth tanks.

you will need some kind of overflow. do a search in the DIY thread for "pvc overflow". there is also information in 2 of the stickys in the diy forum about building overflows.
there are a ton of threads in that section on sump building too.

u should get a 20-30 gallon plastic storage container at W-mart and put a bulkhead on it for a sump. BT tetras are cool check this link:
