20 gallon acrylic with stand SoCal PU 40

I have a 20 gallon high acrylic tank with stand for pickup in Orange County. The stand is a little beat up but still very useable. The tank is drilled on the bottom in the middle. The other hole was patched up with a piece of acrylic as well. I don't know how, I bought it this way. Holds water just fine.

its not sealed? theres a bulkhead there that goes in the hole but the pipe is sealed into it
