I've recently gotten rid of my big fish and I'm also selling my 150 gallon to make everything a little more portable for after I graduate from college.
I decided to start a new smaller tank in a 20 gallon I had laying around. I've been planning a DIY background for a paludarium I want to start in my 65 gallon, but I decided I need some practice first, so I decided to try one out in this tank.
The background includes a chamber to hide the intake of an HOB (I'm planning on using an Emperor 280) and heater made from a small plastic storage bin that will be disguised as the bottom of a tree and the rest of the background will include some vines.
Here's the start:
Plastic bin in position on the back
and starting to take shape
