Can you keep 2 kissing gourmis, one angelfish and a few dwarf gourmis in a 20 gallon tank with a pleco and 2 corys? The angel is quite small

no kissing gouramis are evil and will almost kill every thing in there and the pleco would cause a pretty heavy bioload unless yo get something like a bristle nose pleco or a dwarf of sorts

ya i agree, id do kissers only with kissers why not do another kind of gourami then you should be good

What about having balloon kissers which are smaller? I intend to have one angel and some gourmis, but would really like a couple of kissers. If they are going to be mean to the others though, I will forget about them.

Agreed, plus the angelfish will eventually outgrow that tank....

i like kissers ive been keeping them wif gold gourami, giant gourami, some strange gourami like thingy, a few pleco, some algae eater and some catfish for some time, they all get together well...

all those kisser gouramis plus the angel will be too much for the tank, as they will outgrow it.

I am not worried about them outgrowing the tank. I plan on buying a 125 in 6 months and putting in a divider. I want to have the above fish in one side along with some black tetras and harlequins and danios, neons, tetras, pleco and cory on the other.

the kissing gouramis will get over a foot long, too big for a divided 125. that giant gourami you've got is eventually going to need a 180+ sized tank. the dwarf gouramis and cories won't outgrow the tank and would do ok but you have to worry about having multiple males because they will fight each other and the cories are much more of a schooling fish and would do much better with a group of 3~5. the angel will eventually get a bit too big and also start getting aggressive, although it would take a while, they also do best in pairs.
