Just brought a 20 gallon tank a few days ago, the fish i have so far are

- 3 American Flagfish
- 2 silver hatchet
- 1 Panda Cory
- Angelfish (will move to 110 once it grows a bit)

What fish would be good tankmates for my fish?

More hatchets (groups of 6+ are good for them)
More cories (groups of 5+ are good since they're social)

That should round it out, and I hope you have a tight fitting hood because those hatchets are jumpers.

Thank You. I have a tight fitting hood i been monitoring the Hatchets eating because i heard there a difficult to keep. would groups of 5 corys and 6 hatchets take up to much space in the tank?

1 male Betta and a couple female betas. You should get more hatchet fish and corries too. You could get 1 dwarf gourami too. maybe a school of tetras would be nice

No not too much. they are pretty small.

The Corydoras will do best kept in a small shoal like BellycrawlerJaws said because they are a social fish; 5+ individuals should be fine. Same can be said about the hatchets. A small shoal of Paracheirodon axelrodi (cardinal tetras) would make a colorful addition to the tank as well.

Yeah 5+ should be best, but they will shoal even nicer in larger groups.

Some hardy rasboras, tetras or barbs would be a good choice. That line-up lacks a good shoaling fish that can swim close together and add variety to ur tank. But please dont overstock the tank.

Im thinking Cardinal Tetras for sure, I dont want to overstock my tank. Im thinking two more hatchets and small shoal of tetras, and one more cory.
