With the electric increase and more or less the parents getting on my case i might have to sell my tank. Fish to go would have to be the fish in it though.
i have a 22in arowana, good condition, does have drop eye but hasnt seem to have any affect. As far as ive read just about every arow in an open sided tank developes this so i havent made it a big issue. Hes fine, eats whatever you put in, and doesnt jump very often, and when it does its not bad enough to inflict any damage. Mainly fed krill and floating pellets, use to feed goldfish weekly but not anymore. Good during cleanings. Hes the basic silver arow, would like 100 and would need to be picked up.
Also have a 20-22in lungfish. I honestly dont know which species it is, the place i bought it from didnt know, and i havent really checked into it too much. Its very dark, black spotted, and cant see very well. Gets along fine with the arow but really cant be trusted with any other fish. If they swim past he bites, ive lost many plecos and ropefish to him. Eats anything you put in, krill, pellets, goldfish. I dont know if its a lungfish thing or if something happened to him a while back but around his eyes on his head he has like craters as best as i can describe in his skin. Its not a parasite or any disease, hes always been like this. i dont know how much they go for but i paid 50 for it almost a year ago when he was half this size. So id have to say 75-100 for him. Very friendly, everyone loves watching him eat because it looks like abulldog using his entire face to chew.
The rest is basically a tank setup which i cant get rid of until the fish are gone. Rena XP3 with a ton of extra filters and what not
2 Aquaclear 70's with extra media
2 200W Rena heaters
120g tank (4 feet by 2 deep) 4 foot light, glass top. Has black rock in it, rocks and fake plants and what not. The stand is basically homemade from 2x4's. Holds up fine and havent had a problem in the 18 months ive had the tank.
Also have a 55gallon with metal stand, no lights or anything.
email is bigballsofpaint@aol.com, i can get pics
fish will come with whatever food they usually eat, tank will come with the little water treatments that i have laying around, and a 25 foot gravel vac.
i will attach pics tomorow.
