I thinking about building a 200gal tank. I am going to go 96 inches long. 20 inches high and 24 inche wide. I already have a 55gal that I will use the glass out of. I keep hearing that it cost alot of money but I came up with a price of around $65-$70 plus the plexy glass that Im going to line eveything in or I might use drylock. I should need 2 sheets of 3/4 plywood, and 13 2x4's . Am I missing something or what?

well im guessing that you are useing the front and back pannels of the 55 as your front viewing glass, and the (1/8' thick???)plexi in place of fiberglass and resin in a norman plywood desing, this will work well but remember that sillicone DOSE NOT stick to plexiglass ony to glass, to secure the plexiglass together you WILL need "Methylene chloride" or "Dichloromethane" its a solvent that fuses plastics together. the sheets of plywood will cost like what $40 and $ for a sheet of plexi?, and you will need some 2X4's for a frame and re-using the glass yeh about $100 sound just about right, but i hope you know what your doing and use a fair bit of 2X4's for your framing, since 200 gallons will cover your basement in a good 4" puddle if something fails....

iif you need clarification dont hesitate to ask.
