Hey so I am doing so stocking for my schools pond and they said they don't want koi so i need some help with the stocking and i have only thought of 3 fish and those are Tilapia, Pacu, and ID sharks and my next question is are these fish compatible

How about some silver arowana? You could also add some pleco to clean up. Add some red tail catfish, maybe some tiger shovelnose. You could also add some lemon barbs. Maybe some wallago?

Pacu, RTC, TSN, Arowana, Plecos. But because the school probably isn´t paying for that you maybe what to reconsider the arowanas because they can get expensive when bigger. It wil be easy to find big plecos, pacu, RTC and TSN because when they get big people usually tend to nearly give them away for free
Dimensions of the pond make a big difference. And where is this pond?
