Hey, i have been on this forum for awhile but on different accounts as i have forgotten passwords etc so im on a new account and plan to keep this one haha. I felt like uploading some pics of my tank because i was pretty proud of some of my fish and felt like they were worth showing (especially the Jack Dempsey) so, here they are. Sorry if there are less of some, my fish are hard to take photos of. Tank is 6ft x 2ft x 2.5ft. These photos are a little bit out dated so i will try to get some more up if you guys want just let me know if theres any interest or not hah.

First of all we have Oscar, my angry tiger oscar who is probably pushing 8-9inches now but i havent really measured him.

Next is my Paratilapia polleni, he/she is an angry bugger who Is causing alot of problems for the rest of the fish even though its a bit smaller and loses most fights. It gives cheap shots that my fish dont expect which are quickly regreted because it gets chased off. This photo is a bit old and its much darker with brighter spots now. This fella is about 6 inches long.

Here is a very old photo of my little GT or gold saum (idk) when it was about 1.5inches and its now grown into this beast below at about 4.5 - 5 inches who i absolutely love.

second last is my unidentified fish ^ which was sold as a red texas which i know cant be right because well it just isnt one... my guess is that its a trimac but please correct me if im wrong because im not 100%. This guy is about 6 inches long.

Last but DEFINITELY not least... this here is my oldest and favourite fish Jack who is a Jack Dempsey. Its only a bit over a year old which i know is young but that gives an idea of how young these fish are. He is a beast and holds his own against everything. it used to be with a red terror female and jaguar female and they NEVER even dared to mess with this guy. He is such a chill fish but if it gets challenged it makes sure the fish knows not to do it again. this guy is only about 6-6.5 inches long and has slowed down his growth alot but he is Stunning as you will see... enjoy!! last pic is him getting mad at the polleni being a little Sh*tIMG_3121.jpg IMG_3436.JPG IMG_3438.JPG

Awesome collection of fish you have there mate excellent qualtity especialy love the gt n jd. How long did it take your gt to get to that size? Sure is a stunner.

Thanks a lot mate! that GT is about an estimated 9 months old I think so in terms of growth rate I don't know if thats fast, the last one I had got bitten in half before it could grow by a jaguar haha.

Here are some better photos of some of the fish that i took less than 5 min ago with a full tank shot with 2 different types of lighting. Not sure what it is but my tank always looks smaller in photos than real life... looks huge to me but it must just be my phone.

You and I need to be best friends! I'm on a smaller scale atm (55 gallons) but we have the same taste. I have a JD (almost as nice as yours especially when his belly and gills get nice and pink), a mean EBJD and what was sold to me as a paratilopia bleekeri. Got my hands on a GT but it turned out to be "short bodied" so it's living in a smaller tank. Oh and trimac is on my want list when I have a bigger tank =P

Anyways, very nice fish.

Oh and my bleekeri is the same as your Polleni. Goes for my jacks when their backs are turned. My EBJD will square off and the bleekeri will change its mind and my big JD just ignores him... So the bleekeri "pecks" at his sides and gills till he moves out of his territory.

Everyone looks great.
