20g con breeding tank

So I got my 20g back so I decided to fix it up for my cons fry. What do you think. Also the plant in the back right corner is annoying cause it " falls apart" how would I solve that problem?

I would leave the sand out........Having a bare bottom tank is healthier for the fry....With gravel /sand, the collecting of uneaten food particles in the nooks and crannies leads to ammonia build up ...........

Agreed, leave the sand out, maintenance will be much easier and cover that filter intake

Tie them to rocks or little stones.
