20g H on a 20g L stand?

Do you guys anticipate there being any issues putting a 20g H tank on a 20g L stand?

The stand is a simple aluminum frame maybe 3'' wide, so both of the long (24'' sides) of the tank would be sitting on this, and on the 12'' sides of it the corners and probably 2'' of the lip would be on the stand but the rest of the 12'' lip would be not sitting on anything.

Honestly not sure if all of the lip needs to be sitting on a stand or if this is OK for a tank of this size. Thanks!

Put a plywood bottom enough for the length of the frame and the width of the tank (the tank is wider than the frame right?), and you will be fine

OK so the stand came with this thicker than foam kind of board and I thought that might be enough to transfer the weight but since it sort of lifted up at the edges now I'm not so sure?

And perhaps more importantly, it turned out my 20g H tank was slightly more than 12'' wide, so it very slightly overhangs the stand?! I've attached pictures.

Should I be freaked out that this whole thing is gonna crash, based on these photos? I could probably get a 12.5''x30'' piece of wood to put under it if it comes to that.

Sorry to bump but I'm about to head out to the store where I could get wood so any advice appreciated
