20g pescivores

Hi all,

Have a 20g I would like to keep a small pescivore in to feed extra fry. All suggestions appreciated.

Any pike cichlids that would work in a 20g?

I produce a lot of white clouds, chery shrimp, and convicts. I thought it would be interesting to get some pescivores to put in a 20g i have laying around to eat the excess fry. I was thinking maybe kribs or dwarf pike cichlids or even gobies.

Is it a 20H or a 20L? What are the dimensions?

As a piscivore*, a dwarf pike cichlid might work in a 20L. Kribs would eat shrimp, but I don't think they'd go after WCMM after a certain length. And convict cichlid fry scare the heck out of me, I'm fairly certain they'd eat anything that tried to eat them...

How about a claw frog, they are fun and destroy fish up to their size.

I like a single regani pike for that tank. South American leaf fish might work, but if it doesn't eat all the convict fry they might be rough on it as they outgrow its mouth. It is hard to think of anything else that can actually stay in there it's whole life and eat all of those things. Clawed frog isn't a bad idea either.

Yes, frogbit up top lots of tall rocks, and octopus plant. Lots of hiding places.
