Would (20) 2" Fei Fang would work with a 13"?

Sup I just got 3 and they are fighting. That is why I picked up 6 more. Havent put them together yet but I will let you know how it goes. As for your case, the 13" would most definitely kill the smaller ones. They seem to be very territorial.
