Pick up a 210g, wanted a Central American tank, I have a female red devil that’s 6 inches, and 2 dovii (1) is 4 inches (male) the other is 3 inches not sure of sex, gonna grow the dovii out and then give them to a buddy so they won’t stay past 9 inches, wanted to keep the red devil, add a Jag, and maybe a Texas Cichlid and RTM. What’s your guys thoughts?

Overstocked. 220 is just enough for a single male dovii, but it should be fine for 2 females.

The dovii’s are gonna go to a friend, just the red devil, Jag, Texas, and either a RTM or Freddy...

It will probably work. Only problem I've had with similar stocking and cichlid community's in general is non of the fish behave "naturally" except the tank boss.

No one can tell you for sure unfortunately. These fish you have listed all big fish with big personality. These kind of fish are individuals and each one is going to have a different personality, so all you can do is try and be ready to rehome.

I’ve had a female dovii at 8-9 inches kill a monster green terror that dwarfed her in weight - with one blow to his swim bladder and she had never shown any aggression to anyone in the tank beforehand. I had two large female Motas in a community tank that never picked on anyone, so you just never know. Also, mixing males and females will make it worse. Good luck.

Thanks for the input, looking forward to seeing how this is going to work out, I have a 75 gallon and a 40 breeder for backup tanks Incase things turn out bad. I would really like to do just 3 parachromis in that tank, Jaguar, Freddy, RTM, all males but I’m thinking that might be a disaster.
