I bought a project 210 gallon. 6 ftx 24 x 29 it has no brace on top. i purchased a new trim brace that has 2 plastic cross braces seperating the top with sections of 3. questoin is seller told me it had glass braces on it, but they broke. does anyone have a 210 that could tell me the thickness,size, and placement of these glass braces? or is the plastic brace all it uses. my opinion is plastic braces may not be sufficient. i own a 60 with a thick 3/8 glass brace in the middle about 8 inches long. ideas?

Glass brace rule of thumb is to use the same thickness of glass for the brace(s) as the aquarium is made out of.
How thick is the glass on the 210G tank? Also, does the plastic trim you bought fit the tank snugly or loosely?
my 210 had the glass brace and the plastic trim. the plastic trim was just to cover the corners up. the glass brace had 4 supports front to back. 2 were on the outside and 2 in the middle. they were made up of 1/4" and 3/8" piece of glass sandwiched together.
