215 custom acrylic tank ideas?

Ok so my cousin scored a 215 gallon custom tank for free . It has custom dimensions its about five feet long 30" deep and 26" tall I think. He decided that it would be too expensive to set up for fish so he has been thinking about doing something like semi aquatic and turning it into a critter tank. He is the kind of guy that doesn't really care about holding them too much but is all about the cool factor. Something not too difficult to take care of. He plans on putting in a divider making like a 2/3 land 1/3 water setup. Thanks for the suggestions.

For the divider, instead of using just a piece of glass, he could a piece of slate - it might not be perfectly natural, but it would at least look more organic than glass.

Well I was also thinking about a false bottom for the tank too... I feel like that would be the easiest way to make it natural looking.

I would rescue a few RES as there are always ones looking for a new home and you would feel good about yourself by giving one a home
the dimensions are great for it too
