I discovered that the laundry room sink has 10 times the pressure of the kitchen sink, so I hooked up the python and went to town this week. I changed 50% of the water in all 17 tanks, and I did 5 tanks twice. Nitrate in my bass tank is 13ppm. YEsssss!!!!!!!!!!1

lol... you are a water changing mad man. 17 tanks is a lot to maintain. I am having trouble with four. Grossly overfeeding is hell on water quality:(

thats a lot was WC's, the reason i only had 1 tank for a while was doing 20 tanks a week really took the fun away.
upto 2 and will have no more, its easier.
well done Ewurm

Yes it certainly is. But maintaining water quality is a priority, and I change water on my tanks every week.

IF the plumber shows up, the landlord would have a fit.

What does that equate to in gallons?

Its great your hot water heater could keep up,I have to take a break halfway thru waterchanges to let the heater catch up.

I do the native tank last, but it keeps up. I did half one day, and half the next.
