I have a 220 gallon acrylic tank and a 125 glass tank for sale. 220 is available immediately. 125 needs to be emptied first. I am taking a break from the downstairs tank and focusing on upstairs until I get all the automation plumbed. The 220 is just sitting here and it'll be a long time before I ever get it set up. So I'll just buy another one when I'm ready. It's just taking up space now when someone could be enjoying it.

Dimensions: 86.5x24x24
Stand: Yes, 2x4 frame and all necessary screws and bolts
Canopy: No
Drilled: Yes, two holes in the bottom for a closed loop system. Bulkheads included.
Filter: Yes, Eheim 2250 - needs a new gasket
Sump: Also Yes. Your choice of either of the two I've got sitting around
Lights: Your choice from a few 48" T5 or CF fixtures I have
Background/sides/bottom: Clear
Top: Unusually large/wide openings for a tank this size. No lids, though.
Condition: Good
Included: 6 or 10 inch orbital buffer (if wanted - they're kind of useless, too high an RPM and not variable), 3M rubbing compound, PlastX finishing compound

Original ad from when I bought it: here. Note that there are no lids (weren't when I bought it either) but there is the sump.

Details: It has the kind of scratching typical of acrylic where it's not noticeable when there is water in it, but it is when there's not. I was buffing it to make it a show tank, but I didn't get very far. I got half of the first pane sanded out but not buffed to a shine. I'm willing to do this step to finish the front for the buyer if asked... the buff/polish is ideally done with a better tool than what I have. Pictures during the progress:

Price: $750

125 gallon:

Brand: All-Glass, purchased new 5/2008
Dimensions: Standard 125: 72x18x25, which really holds more than 125 gallons.
Stand: Sort of. You can have the solid oak dresser it sits on. It has seen better days, and unless you hack up the drawers, the filters won't sit below it. They sit behind it for me.
Trim: Black
Canopy: No
Drilled: No
Filter: No, unless you make an offer on my Eheim 2028 separately
Sump: No
Lids: glass, excellent shape
Lights: Your choice from a few 48" T5 or CF fixtures I have
Background/sides/bottom: Clear
Condition: Perfect except for one recent mark, described below
Included: Nothing special, just the light. You can have the pool filter sand that's in it and a few fake plants if you want.

Scratch: OK, this tank was 100% mint condition until about 2 months ago, when something - I have no idea what - put a scrape in the absolute dead center of the front pane. It looks like it happened with sandpaper, so I don't know how a fish could've done it. It's a mystery. It's about an inch by an inch and when the light is in front (as it always is for me) you can see it. It drives me crazy.

That said, the rear pane is unmarked. So you can just flip it around. I'm not joking, it is the only imperfection in the glass at all.

Price: $200
, but not til it's emptied out.

Pics: Attached. I don't really have any good ones. These mostly show the oak dresser. But it's a standard 125 in new condition except the one scrape. I'll try to take a photo of that.

I also have a 16" black arowana and three geophagus Abalios for sale in another thread.

OK, I got photos of the scrape on the 125. I also moved the light back to the center instead of up front (I keep it there to help weight the lids) and it disappeared completely from view.

Pic one is my thumb for reference in size and with the light right up front. Pic two is zoomed out but shot right at the same spot. It's dead center, below the lid handle, but you can't see it cause the light is where it should be. Pic three is a crappy shot before I cleaned the algae that again shows it because the light is right there.

I would definitely love to own that tank someday. Just nowhere to put it in this house.

I am interested in the 220. I would use it as freshwater though, so is it necessary to have a sump and or holes? I live in lansing, mi and could make it down in 2-3 hours if roads are good.

As far as I know it has always been freshwater. I was going to use the holes for a closed loop system that in theory could've done a decent job handling surface mess.

I'd time it so that you come during times when traffic isn't bad and it'd be an easy trip. We could load it and have you in and out in well under half an hour. It's very light.

I would have gotten the 220, the tank is the exact spec i was searching for

Too bad im all the way in singapore. Bump for great deal though :)
