is that a fly river turtle?
its an emydura macquarii an australian native they are a bit dicey with fish but this guy seems to be very sedate more interested in his morning vegetables and blood worm than the fish, but others i have kept were pretty fish nasty.

Haha i am keeping a red ear slider with 2 convicts cichlid and 3 rosy red minnows. They are fine. Although everytime i get a new batch of minnows, my turtle recognises the fresh meat and chase after them. After the most dangerous time of their life which is the first day with my turtle. My turtle will stop chasing them because she realises that she cant get them. They will then live to old age.

I love red eared sliders we have a small ferrel population in melbourne australia from imports in the 1950s i would love to try catch one.
