220 gal. peacock bass aquarium setup

I am new to this forum. Hi everybody, I'm Pete.
I'm getting a 220 gal tank. It's the biggest size I can fit in my house. I've got 2 small peacocks in a 75 gal. now. I'm wanting to put them in the new tank. I need some help on tank setup. I'm wanting to decorate it like their natural habitat. Can anyone help me with what type plants & gravel to get.
