I added a DIY background aka a black table cloth to the 220, looks a lot better than the white wood walls. Let me know what you think:

Thanks guys, I keep playing with the idea of using some type of substrate, I miss the look of it but not the mess of it.

Okay, all my Cichla have been in there for a week now and since I've moved them they are very wary of me or anyone else approaching the tank. Any ideas?

They will get used to you. Just give them some time and approach the tank slowly. Once they notice it's you feeding them they will act like little dogs.
