220 stock list

I am planning on getting a 220 gallon tank(72x24x30). Would this stick list work:

• 3 kelberi pb
• 1 silver/black/Australian arowana
• 1 hystrix stingray
• 2 pleco
• 1 spotted gar

And on this tank can I run an fx5 and fx6(for the convince)or would a sump be better

If planning to keep long term then longer and a wider tank is better.
