OK I bought the 2200 gal tank today....... got a smokin deal on it.

I'm hoping to get it picked up in the next 2 weeks.... I have to wait for them to get it emptied.

I'm waiting to pay them the last $400 untill I pick the tank up so maybe it will only be 1 week.

I'm going to run a 5gph drip and a 3000gph pump to circulate the water through the wet/dry filter system and I'm going to have 2-4 air bubblers.

I'm trying to decide if I should use sand or small gravel or large gravel.

Moving the tank should be fun, they think it weighs in at 1600 pounds. The frame is 3"x3" 1/4" angle.

Rent a lift table! Or get someone to make a dolly or 3:popcorn: Saw a 265 for sale with a custom dolly to move it around while full EEK! Not on the same scale but thats the idea! Though you would want that bad boy empty LOL!

dang, sounds awesome, cant wait for pics!!!!! most def monster!!!!:headbang2 :D

Steve, I heard what killer deal they gave you!!

You OWE me! LoL j/k

Did you notice if they still had that tig by chance? Ya think since I hooked them up with you they would give me a deal on that tig?

I didn't see the tig but that don't mean much.

Dont know if it will help but you might want to consider using little mini dollys like the one ive used here in my pic. (look at the bottom of the stand)

If you deciede to use sand, all I can say is its time to go to the beach!

I was thinking about using some dollies I have for moving cars at my shop.... thanks for the link.

cant wait to see pics once you have the tank moved and have started the set up
