you guys were right, its addicting. its better than any drug made. i want to turn my 220 into a salt tank. there are a lot of great keepers here on this forum and i would like to know what you guys would do with a 220. i know its not ginormous and there are much bigger tanks out there. but this is what i have to play with. lets here some ideas. and if you read my 30gal salt thread you know im not into the whole "nemo" style tank. :D

I would go with tangs, triggers, eels, groupers....

puffers are the way to go man and i know that you like the puffers get one of the bigger breeds of saltwater puffers

o yeh where is the fahaka going

Tangs are great in reef.. What kind of lighting do you plan to use on your 220g?

thats alot of live rock if you do a reef tank but im sure it would look great in the end and definitly go with an eel there awesome in a 220 im thinking ur not limited on eel choice

Get a dragon eel. :) Like 5-7 tangs. And whatever else.. Yellow tangs, blue tangs, sohal tangs... SO many beautfiful tangs that can mix well.

3 bulb metal halide? I dont know much about sharks.. And triggers normally eat reef, but its always a chance.. Probably shouldnt, but if you wannt try, niger or humu-huma triggers.

this wont happen untill feb. but it will happen. lighting will consist of a 3 bulb set up but now sure which kind. triggers are beautiful. are there any reef safe sharks if i go the reef route?

a few.. most are expensive.. crosshatch, bluejaw, pink tails, sometimes nigers..
