What do you like? Do you have any certain fish in mind that you really want in there?
I'd probably do a group of uaru, group of eartheaters, big cory school, and a huge shoal of tetras, serpaes maybe. I'm sure you'll get some more "monster" type suggestions, but that's what I'd do.

Im open to just about anything, I do like the monsters but I am open to other suggestions as well. Also the Amazon theme isnt really necessary, but keeping to somewhat of a biotope would be nice
