Curious if anyone is using the eheim 2262 with the installation set 2? I bought my 2262 used and the guy threw in installation set 2 which is the eheim spraybar (he didn't have the spraybar that comes with the 2262). I bought the extensions for it, so it now spans my 2ft wide tank. The issue is that the elbow that attaches between the piece that goes over the tank rim, and the spray bar section leaks. Not sure if the 2262 has just too much pressure regardless of seal, or I should try and find a new oring. I don't even know if I can get the oring, or they'll just try and sell me a new spraybar set at $60...

why don't you try to use some teflon tape where the Oring sits and see if that works.. normal set of spray bar doesn't cost 60..new one cost $36..

Take the o ring with you to a Canadian tire or pluming supply shop and you'll get what you need for cheap.

Well local BA gave me a new seal, and still leaks, mebbe its just the pressure of the 2262 is too much. Its not a big deal because its not much of a leak and it leaks into the tank anyways. I could get some more elbows and a Tee and add another outlet, but for now I'll leave it alone.
