Somewhere
:D I got my tank today!!:D
My Monster!
It was sold as a 225 gallon tank but garf tells me its a 238gallon tank. Any ways the dimensions are 72 x 25 x 30 1/2 (L x W x H). Its a Glass Tank.

The inside silicone seems all good. One thing that is interesting is the bracing on it. Which makes me wonder. It has corner braces. But only 3?

The Tank is drilled. With 3 Holes a 2", and 2- 1 1/4" Holes.

I've done a few DIY Stands. But this would be my 1st DIY MONSTER STAND! The Last stand I built was for a 75gl. So any pointers would be helpful.

My current stock that will be going in this tank:
2- 6" Bala Sharks
2- 3" Tin Foil Barbs
2- 3" Silver Dollars
1- 4" Red Tail Shark
1- 4" Pictis Cat
1- 10" Pleco
1- 3" Pleco
1- 3" Spotted Ralpheal Cat
1- 3" Stripped Rapheal Cat
1- 3" Moonlight Gouriami
7- 2"-3" Tiger Barbs/ Albino Barbs (Might Be Removed Later)

*Don't Know If I can Stock More Or Not?* I want FlagTails?

Will Take Pics Of Tank Tonight:D

Nice. Get some pictures of it and post them up.

Will Do.

WOW that's a big tank imagine trying to siphon it you would need a scuba diver to do it for you! If you think about it that would be cool you have your own indoor pool! LOL! You do have enough room for flag tails. I would watch out for the Red Tail Shark I saw one at the LFS biting a Cichlid and the Cichlid was getting beatened up!

Those are all my current Fish so they all get along. I just cant add any more Red Tails They always get into a fight. I had to separate my 2 Red Tails.

Any Tips On Stands?

Ya.. and Watch My Fish Disappear

I'd make the stand with 2X4s on ~18" centers (five posts in back, top, and bottom, three on the sides, three in front to leave room for doors) and skin it with 1/4" plywood. I can draw up a plan later if you like. You probably could make it with just 3/4" plywood and no boards, but it never hurts to overbuild!
