Astounding deal! Too bad wolves are illegal in FL. Why are the fins in the shape they are? Are they going to restore their shape more or less?

I’m not going to ruffle any feathers on the why the fins and tail look like that. In order to fix that, you need to go to the risk to sedate the fish, then trim fins and tail down , but it doesn’t guarantee that they’ll grow back nice and straight, even if you keep the fish in pristine water condition. I would just enjoy the fish, no matter how the fins and tail look. I would be all over it, if you’re not too far from me. GLWS!

never really noticed potential fin issue

always been a solo fish mostly - nitrates never really an issue

is it a genetic thing? trauma ?

hmm

$100 to MFK and good home of large tank

When have you got it? When small from Wes? With intact fins? If I had to guess, the fins had been badly damaged at some point or it suffered a bad case of fin rot.

Regardless, the deal you are offering is beyond amazing.

Not a fan of Lovato :)

A huge fan of learning. Hence, to clarify - I am not sorry enough to pass up the opportunity to learn. IDK, maybe Dr Exum has a thread on his beast. If so, all this belongs there and I am happy to move it there.
